Maria Brinck is Founder and President of Zynergy Coaching LLC, a firm committed to helping organizations overcome challenges and assisting individuals and teams with making positive sustainable changes. She is also a leadership consultant, public speaking coach and professional speaker. Her passion and focus drives clients to consider their unique talents and strengths that can greatly impact their leadership effectiveness and professional performance. She has recently worked with several Fortune 500 executives and sales directors from Stryker Corporation, AstraZeneca, Beacon, DaVita and Quanex.

Maria is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, holds a Certified Professional Career Coach designation from the Coaches Training Institute and has Associate Certified Coach status from the International Coach Federation.  Her previous experience includes more than 20 years in sales with GE, Eli Lilly & Company and Novo Nordisk.

Born and raised in Sweden, Maria was educated in Sweden, France and the U.S. and is also fluent in three languages -- Swedish, French and English.  She earned her degree in International Business, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Colorado in 1999.

She also cares deeply about the environment and encourages business leaders to take ownership and establish strong positions on climate solutions, assuring a thriving resilient business and a prosperous future for all.  Maria is a devoted volunteer and active member of IDA Africa, a leader and mentor for the Climate Reality Leadership Corps and one of the founding members of Climate Business Working Group and CRP's Denver-Boulder Chapter.

Maria is a regular speaker on the topic of leadership and was recently the guest lecturer on the podcast “How Conscious Leaders and Coaches Develop Mental Fitness.”
